The traditional agency model was built around commission. Agents only get paid when artists book work, which means everyone is waiting, hoping, and under pressure in ways that don't actually serve the creative work or the relationship.

We built our membership around a different idea. A monthly partnership means we're invested in your growth every single month, not just when a job closes. It frees us both to focus on the long game: the marketing, the introductions, the strategy, the foundation that makes everything else possible.

Your existing client relationships are yours. We come alongside what you've already built and help you grow beyond it. When we bring new work your way, we work out the details together. When you need someone to negotiate, produce, or just think it through with you, we're there.

When you need someone to negotiate a contract, build an estimate, manage a crew, or oversee a full production, 
that support is available as an add-on. Every agreement between us and our artists is tailor-made and flexible.

You decide when you need it. We step in, handle it, and step back. That's it.

THE FINE PRINT

This is a one-year commitment with a monthly membership fee. Commission is only collected on work Poppy brings directly to you,
or work where Poppy has been brought in as a partner. Everything else stays yours.
